Taking heavy inspiration from urban environments, my portfolio is formed around the seeming rigidity of the city. Although the underlying grid of the cityscape makes up the framework, it is the moments where it defies expectations that makes it into something truly special. My portfolio focuses on mainly print and layout design with careful attention to composition. The details of typography are carefully played out around the parameters of the design. Color palettes are carefully selected to create contrast and emotion within each design. The end result is a portfolio that feels methodical but surprises in unexpected ways.
